first, we unbolted all the things, then we hit em with hammer

then, we rubbed as seen on tv style scratch remover.

there’s still a crease in the door, but the massive dent is gone.

ignore the RuqSaq in the background, I know I have been.

If it bothers you the crease might be worked out with a cheap hammer and dolly set from Harbor Freight. If it doesn’t bother you

the car is my friend’s, and it is in a few months being gifted to his newly licensed daughter.
we decided to let the crease remain as there is a horrendous scratch accompanying it, so even if we got the crease out it’d require paint to resolve the looks.

good chance the new driver will just dent it again anyway :D

Not unless you want to repaint and without hammer dolly skills you’ll stretch the panel way too far. Literally one of the hardest repairs is in an almost flat panel with no strength.
